As you have thoroughly done most things all i can think of is a half charged or not very good battery.

Our motors are very battery reliant and unless the battery is tip top and fully charged all sorts of things happen.

As you probably know the more electrics switches turned on especially daylight lights when you stop the alternator will be more difficult to turn with less revs. so then the revs. will drop before recovering.

Although not a good example when the A/C is turned on the revs will increase slightly as the ECU enriches the system to counteract it.

Give the battery a good charge as winter conditions don`t help it, especially short trips and see what happens?

Battery is good, put it on charge last night just to be sure and no change (didnt think it would be battery as was also replaced this year)
