V70: - headlights

Hi,
I`m a newbe with a 99/2000 volvo v70. I want to adjust the vertical and horizontals of the headlamps. The Haynes book do not show you how, they say to get a garage to do it with special equipment but I am in France with language difficulties.
Please help.

if you look a long the top off the headlight there is an allen bolt holes that adjust the beam

and one on the motor that adjusts as well
