There are two main styles to those in the b18 cars. The carrier bearing set up changed in mid-66 so stating what year car you are wanting this for would help narrow your search.

Good luck,
Chris

If you can't get one and you know the length and end fittings you need then try www.baileymorris.co.uk

1968. Has anyone done away with the centre bearing and used a straight prop?

You will get extreamly bad vibrations doing that + you also need a slider to allow for axle movment

I ended up with a couple of shorten sections this evening. Let me know if you are still looking. Postage would be across the pond but might be better than nothing.

Just as easy to take your existing prop to a local prop shaft reconditioner and have them shorten the front section for you. Make sure you measure up carefully first with the engine and box installed. I did this with my OD conversion, saves hunting around for bits that may or may not fit, depending on the type.
Remember to have the modified part re-balanced. A reputable company will do that as a matter of course when modifying a shaft.

Regards, Mick
