OK, going to fit this weekend. I need to replace the oil pressure contact with an oil pressure sender that will work with the oil pressure gauge. Anyone know the specific part I need? According to the fitting instructions there's an angled piece to fit first, then the sender, but no parts numbers with the volvo instructions.
Any ideas? Thanks Chris

When I fitted the R-sport instruments to my 164, I used a sender from a VDO oil pressure gauge kit on ebay - works fine and allows both the guage and the warning light to function. If you have a problem, I'm sure the guy who did the refurb could supply a sender, or at least point you in the right direction. John |

Thanks John, I managed to source the correct VDO sender. Strangely I sourced via a light aircraft outlet over the Internet at half the price car outlets were charging.
Cheers Chris
