The best bet really is to go Japanese, never ever heard of any body complaining of their cars or dealers!!!

Indie these blokes seem to have aload of good reviews by customers....i have talked to them already,,they seem a little more dearer than Stratstones ...but they have said they will give us a VOC discount of 10%..heres the link below

Never heard anyone compain of Japense dealers.
Well here's your Frist. Will never ever buy a toyo again!

Dealers lie through their teeth - havn't done things they said they have done, don't do things you ask them to, and seem to damage everything they touch! - and this was with two seperate dealers. The company also manages to produce a car with a UNIQUE paint colour ( as they advertised it) to that particular model which made it more expensive - only to mass produce it less than two years later because it proved popular, thus reducing the aftersale a desirability of these so called "Unique" models! Just can't trust them.

Unhappy Service/Quality

Japanese car dealers may be as bad as the rest but its just that their cars only need to go in once a year for a regular service and most owners of these cars swear by them and the JD Power survey confirms this. I too recently had a chance to experience an Acura and a Nissan Pathfinder in Canada and must say was blown over by the quality of these vehicles. I’ve yet to experience a Volvo that does not make some sort of noise (squeak, rattle, knock) when going over bumps; sad to say I’ve had three Volvos the last two as the first owner – only buy them for their safety aspects (three children), but other makes have now caught up. It’s just that I’ve spent so much time visiting dealers, speaking and writing to Volvo regarding quality issues that I’ve lost any faith in these cars and their dealers. Basically if you put the cost of these vehicles versus quality & reliability the result is negative… In my opinion anyway and based on my experience I won’t be recommending Volvo.
