I’ve just ordered a 55 amp exchange alternator from Simon at Brookhouse – I’ve been following your other thread with interest Rob but I don’t have the time at the moment, or indeed the confidence to try and adapt alternator wiring to attempt to get a non-stock alt. to fit.

I can get on with installing new wiring for a stereo now though – no more being bored whilst stuck in traffic!

Yeah to be honest I just spent about an hour looking at it like an idiot then walked away.. I don't have any idea what I'm doing but I will succeed! Probably..
