Default Where to Buy New Rear Brake Backplates?

Hi all,
Dumb question time.
Where is the best place to buy new rear axle, disc Backplates? The thin tin plates that tend to rot fairly well

Another dumb question. Are 940 brakes more or less the same as the 240 rear brakes?

The axle is essentially the same, but the brakes are quite different. The handbrake cable has a little compensator welded to the axle; nothing like a 240.
