Default clunking

just joined the forum and the club after buying a s60 t5, has high milage,,but in quite good nick,, has a clunking sound on the front end, and presumed it was bushes,,after briefly reading through the forums, it definately sounds like they have gone, where is the best place to buy them from, do i go for the uprated ones( opinions seem that they dont affect cabin noise to much) or stick with the newer volvo ones?

have owned and driven renault 21 turbos for over 8 years, though the t5 doesnt feel as quick,,its nice to have a car that doesnt need constant tlc, well the 21t is nearly 20 yrs old now

any advice greatfully recieved
cheers everyone

Hi

It could be anything !!! Best to get get an expert to look at it.

We have some good suspension options for your car and the most popular is the Koni FSD shocks at approx £430 inc and used in conguntion with Eibach Springs unsure of the price but in the region of £235 inc.

If you are really feel that the car is lacking in power - how about you try and ECU upgrade.

Have a look at www.volvotuninguk.com

Hope this helps
