Question will the parts fit?

Hi i`m back again with some questions.

i have a 1999 v40 td with some issues.had trubble colstarting in the winter but it was not the glow plugs.im getting air in the fuel system.so the car starts after some cranking or if i pump the manual pump so air is getting in somewhere.any ideas?

also im getting a parts car in the same color but its a 1997 petrol.gonna use lights and some body parts and maby the rear trailing arm since the bushings is shot.

If the seals in the fuel filter unit are bad it can suck air in.
