97 v70 2.5se white

Hi all.
Due to wanting to get back to rwd I am looking to sell my v70.
Please read fully as it does have some issues, so I may as well get them out of the way first.
It currently needs the following.
Handbrake cables. It has had new rear shoes but still won't hold on a hill.
N/s/f ball joint.
Exhaust tail pipe needs sorting. It has an after market system (sounds very nice) with a big bore where the back box should be. The rest of the system is in pretty good condition but the pipe that should come through the bumper has snapped clean off.
I have been quoted £160 to have all of this fixed.
There is absolutely no rust anywhere BUT it looks to have had a small amount of cosmetic damage to the rear end at some point that has been patched up by an amateur.

GOOD POINTS.
Mot til mid July and tax til end of september.
Lots of work done recently.
In the last 6 months the following have been replaced:
Spark plugs, ignition leads, distributor cap, rotor arm, oil and filter, air filter, thermostat and coolant, o/s/f wheel bearing, rear brake shoes,

Interior is in good condition apart from scratches on top of dash.
It has been fitted with a standard tape and cd player and the original tape player will be included in the sale.

I am looking for offers but if there is no interest I will consider breaking.

Just remembered i have had the aux belt and tensioner replaced recently.

Any interest or might I be better of breaking it?

Just wondering if it might be of interest to anyone if i had the exhaust, handbrake and ball joint sorted? Obviously the price would increase but it should then pass an mot very easily.

Given how frustrating my search for a decent, affordable 940/960 is becoming, I have decided to have all the work done and keep the v70 for the foreseeable future.
