Default Inner CV joint - culprit for vibrations?

So my S80 has 340 thousand kilometers on it and it has developed a shake when accelerating or decelerating (rolling without braking). Engine mounts are ok, though I'm about to replace the rightmost one as it seems a bit tired. New suspension and steering parts including lca bushings. This in mind, I took out the left driveshaft to see how the inner CV joint is looking. The right driveshaft has been replaced 120tkm ago.

I suppose this is a sign of bad CV-joint, right? Would this be the culprit for my vibrations? I can feel a notch on the CV bowl where the wear marks are and also on the bearing cage.
