Maybe you can have a quick look over it at the Stoke meet if you get a spare two mins and dont mind?
I can do but not really sure what I am looking at myself. I'll bring the hayes manual and a multimeter. I'm sure we can sort something out with all the expertise there.

Strangely enough, they have been working ok since i posted that. I put the dash back in and the lights lit up, and have done ever since.

I fear should i remove the dash again for any reason, i'll have the same problem, but im not going to stress. If they go out, i know how to get them back on anyway

Will look even better with the new number plates and spot lights. Might get round to that at the weekend

Go to volvo and buy a can of spray paint to match your car. Removed the lights and tape off all of them apart from the small bottom lip. Clean that up and spray it.

Also, remove the plastic trip underneath the headlights and spray that. It will clean up the front end completely and look great. If you have enough paint left, you can also spray the grill surround.

Hopefully you can see what i mean by the above.

Yes indeed - it is more noticeable on a non silver car though as those trim strips are grey. here's a pic of a 745 I used to have;

i might do the bits below the headlights but i like the chrome grill, dont want to be spraying that. When its all nice and polished up, all the chrome bits look ace.

Default clear lenses @ front

Please remind me again where you got the front clears from?
Side clears are on the way from Ebay seller.

I took the Volvo diagonal bar off from my GLE grille, which looks nice, but now I have seen an egg box on Ebay, Hmmm...

Why do volvo insist on putting so many badges on. Like the ones above the side indicators.
All I have now is a VOLVo on tailgate and in middle of GLE alloys.
Looks good without pin stripe too.
