850R Gearbox M59??

Has anyone got one handy

ive recently acquired a 850R as i already own a 340 with a 2.0 supercharge(project atm)

but i need a m59 gearbox bad so much play and crunching in 5th its awful i got the car fairly cheap so no worries on the fact that its gone but can anyone help???

When you source a box ill buy the old knackered one

maybe but i might rebuild it but ive been informed the old engine blew up and the one that was swapped was out of a c70R so will i be able to just get two normal driveshafts and a m56 box on there instead

When I saw this thread I did wonder is you just picked up that tidy T5r auto that sold on ebay yesterday, apparently not.

lol no genuine 850 gonna double check that the box was never changed but i do need a 59 aware there rocking horse ****

What the hell is a C70R? and the M59 can be easily rebuilt by using the gears from a M56 box..
