  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

I had an inspection bung thing blow out on the M6, Its ahead of the cat near the lambder sensor but on the opposite side of the exhaust. I was changing lanes at the time and the sudden roar made me think I was about to hit an unseen motorbike and I quickly swerved back into my lane! I repaired the hole with an exhaust bandage but a good welder could weld a bolt head over the hole or similar. I had to get it done quickly though as the jet of hot gases began to melt the underseal!

Thanks for that Tim - just gone and double checked - Im now certain that its the bung!

I have updated my ebay listing - this is now quite long as you cant make amendments once there are bids, only additions!
