Default Volvo S40 T4 CD Automatic 76K miles *OFFERS*

Hi all
I'm selling my Volvo T4 which I rescued from where it was sitting at the back of a dealers yard in Birmingham, with flat tyres and a cracked rear bumper.
Got a 12month MOT on the car and drove it back to where I live in Westport on the west coast of Ireland and fitted a used bumper in the correct colour.

The plan was to pay the 720e Vehicle reg tax, (aka. irish government highway robbery)
but sadly I just can't find the money to do it at the moment.
Figured I'd reluctantly sell the car and throw the money into my 850r.
So onto the car:
It only has 76250 miles on the clock with a load of service history receipts etc.
Drives faultlessly as far as I can tell with the exception of vibration when cold which from studying the various Volvo forums seems most likely to be the top right engine mount.
Only other problem I am aware of is that it needs new rear brake pads. I changed the fronts a few weeks ago but haven't got around to the rears.

The bodywork is very clean with only one noticeable light scratch on the passenger side which hasn't gone through to metal, and a couple of spots of surface rust. (no flaking etc) there is also a small dent on the front left corner of the bonnet just below the bottom corner of the grill.

The black leather interior is virtually unmarked with no visible wear on the seat bolsters and no rips or even cracking of the leather. Carpets and floor mats are all perfect and all switches and trim details are intact and fully working.

The alloys are in good condition with no major chips or corrosion.

Looking through the paperwork I can't see a receipt for a timing belt change unfortunately, and there is nothing marked in the engine bay either so this probably needs to be done.

This is the CD automatic version which makes it very rare. I cant find a single one for sale anywhere in the UK or Ireland at this time and according to how many left.co.uk there are only 14 licensed and 2 SORN.

It has climate control, cruise control, sunroof, sports and winter mode and original Volvo CD player.

The car is totally original as far as I can see and I also have no idea of its true worth because there are none for sale.

If this particular model is on your wanted list then drop me a pm or just reply to the thread. I'm open to offers.

I live on the west coast of Ireland near a town called Westport, but I would happily deliver to anywhere in the UK within reason. As long as we can work out a suitable amount for transportation I would drive it to you personally.

I'll post some pics once I figure out how to do it. Cool figured that out, not the best quality but they are compressed as hell and my camera is doing funny things with its settings.

Thanks for reading
Peter

Default £1200 ono. for a near mint Ph1 T4

Did some digging around, this seems a reasonable price for the car. I'd certainly be prepared to pay this kind of money if I wanted to buy another one in the future, and I probably will. More pics here: http://cars.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sal...sh-76k/6010873
Thanks
Peter
