Got the spoiler which was in real good condition, BUT does anyone know how to fit one? Do I need special adhesive pads etc?

It's a phase two black plastic one that has the 2 bolts, so it does not need paint etc.

On mine, there is a captive bolt at either end of the spoiler that drop through a hole at each end of the tailgate, secured with a bolt on the inside of the tailgate.

If you don't have the holes on your tailgate I believe you will have to make them

As far as pads go, my spoiler was getting a little rattly about 6 months ago, so I took it off and saw that most of the padding was worn away. I got some craft foam in black and cut it to an appropriate shape, stuck it on and remounted the spoiler. Good as new.
