Has anyone got a rear drivers side brake caliper to fit my V40 2.0i 1999?

Have one from a Phase 2 with the spring. £10 +£3.90 postage

Yes. it is a straight fit. P2 rear calipers were upgraded with the addition of a spring which assists the movement of the handbrake mechanism.
