Default Rev Counter Wiring

On my P1800S- 1965, I have a green wire emerging from a spade connector on the rev counter. I do not know where it should connect to.
It passes through the bulkhead with a couple of white wires near the coil. (I know the white wires are for the coil and distributor-LT). But what should the green wire connect to?
The wiring dia. show a connection to a 35amp fuse -so does this mean I should connect it to the fuse-box on the inner wing on the opposite side? The wire is too short for this - but it may have been cut previously.

Sorry to ask such an obvious question - but this is one of the last bit of wiring that remains unconnected due to my ignorance.

Thanks

Andrew;

Green wire supplies Ignition Power to Rev counter...it should be connected to load side terminals of the Ignition Power fuse, along with other Green wires at the (automotive aberration* Lucas) FuseBlock.

If wire is short, it may have been rerouted, cut, or there may be some other reason...in any case, I'd have a close look to assure there are no surprises...you might even want to install a separate 5A fuse just in this line to prevent smoke, fire, and brimstone!...I'm not kidding!
