Default Looking for an S60 D5 2001+

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this side of the site as i'm normally in the S40/V40 section, being a V40 T4 owner an all.

I got the chance to have around an S60 the other day, i believe it was the post 2001 D5 engine, and it looked brilliant in silver.
Having mulled on it for a few days it got me to thinking about getting one to replace both my Range Rover and my V40 T4.

I have my Range rover up for a trade on the site Swapz before i advertise it on eBay and more locally.
In the meantime, i figured that i would ask if anyone would be interested in it on here.
Here is a link so you can get an idea of my Range and all its good and bad points.

http://www.swapz.co.uk/swapz/4437653...2_months_MOT_/

Now for the right car, i would also be willing to chuck in my T4.
It is an MOT failure BUT, it isn't as bad as you may think.

Having spent £160 on the bloody thing prior to finding out it was an MOT failure, i was told that the hazard lights don't work unless the key is in the ignition.
That's it.
That's why it is currently off the road and does not have an MOT.
It also does not have any tax at the moment as that ran out at the end of March.
There is no point me taxing the car until i get the issue resolved so now, its sitting on my drive doing nothing.

I am planning on getting it sorted but as its really difficult to get hold of a wiring diagram for the phase 1 i haven't really been motivated to get it sorted.
That and the fact that i have the Range to drive about in.

Apart from that there is really nothing else wrong with the car.
I have replacement, uprated shocks to fit and a set of brand new Brembo rear discs and pads.
If you look at my profile and follow the threads for my motor you will see that virtually no expense has been spared on my T4 and is a very, very reliable car.
Albeit with the current hazard light issue.

If there is anything you want to ask me about either car then please do.
I will subscribe this thread so i get an email straight away and can reply to you asap.

Let me know what you think guys.
