injector problems

Hey,bjorn from norway here,
I got injector tapping noise after i replaced injector for the third time.
They wre all overhald.
Was told på seller to change the last two.Did so,still got the noise between 2-3000rpm.
I now have five replasment injectors,dont know what to do
Heeeeelp.

Think I will test all seven of mine injectors at a bosch center to see the differance and mount the ones that are most equal,,,,sorry for bad english,,,,
Anyone with any good ideas of what to do,

Maybe buy a org.volvo.injec. and mount back the two old one i got,i will then have three org.volvo and two overhauld...?.

Did you fit new mounting kits to each injector as you replaced them?
Did you spotlessy clean the injector port before installing your new injectors?
Both are very important.

Not all Bosch dealers can overhaul these injectors.
They must be coded with a value for the flow rate, and all must be within a set amount.
It will be easier to fit a complete set, as it will be difficult to recode just 2 or 3 in the set.
The engine ECU will need to be recoded for the new injectors with the Vida tool.

Once an injector has been "overhauled" it looses its fine calibration value , which may or may not cause knocking ...you are much better off putting the money towards a new genuine volvo one .
