Unless someone else can think of anything that would cause this problem the now narrowed search is pointing in the direction of these harder or more expensive problems to solve:

Turbo actuator (Diaphragm gone)
Turbo Recirc Valve (blow off valve / dump valve)
Fuel pump

I'd still be giving all the pipework a real good going over. The vacuum pipe going from the TCV to the inlet manifold is that fully on and okay? Any codes on a read? Shouldn't be related but give MAF a clean. Last but not least disconnect battery for a couple of hours or overnight and see if car just needs to learn again.

Just a thought but is it a genuine boost sensor being used or a generic replacement? Is it a Bosch 0261 230 090?

Boost sensor is new but how can you be sure the electrical connections on it are working correctly? Should throw an engine light if the boost sensor is playing up, well eventually it should in theory.

Just seems a bit strange how there is no change if the boost sensor is disconnected!

Now running like a dream and I am once again a very happy chappy!

Photos of the IPD TCV install on the swedespeed forum are a tad misleading with regards routing of 'red' and 'blue' lines. This is likely in part to the paint marks on the IPD TCV being central and therefore could actually be taken to relate to either nipple depending on which orientation you consider. I'll put up photos of the correct routing in due course so others don't make the same mistake.
LMAO I'm going to have to start reading all the post before i post from now on.

glad you got it fixed anyway

I'm using 98 octane.
It's feels like letting off the throttle and that's why no boost. Could faulty knock sensor throwing codes? I have no codes on Vida.
