Default S40 2.0d lowering questions

Hi,

I am considering dropping my s40 2.0d but not sure how much. The front doesn't appear to have a huge amount of ground clearance on standard springs.

Does anyone have any pics of theirs lowered??

Also any ideas on which springs to go for?

Thanks

Hi guys iv lowered mine 30mm front and rear. I chose 30mm because i didnt want it to be impracticle (eg speed bumps etc) and in my opinion 30mm is spot on. It clears any speed bump without scraping even with 4 people in the car. Looking wise it still looks as though it has been lowered but does not look too low. I did a little research before lowering mine and found out Bilstein b8 dampers and eibach springs were a good setup to have...i couldnt recommend them enough. The handling is great and the ride is comfortable. I would recommend getting some decent tyres aswell for good grip and handling to make those country lanes even more enjoyable
