  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

hi ya joseph

if you order the parts from classicswede i can handle the fitting for you if you would like me to im not that far from you , i would say classicswedes parts which would be used in this type of project have been tried and tested so that goes a long way in my book and i have used his stuff its very nice gear and never have any problems fitting them .
drop me a pm if i can be of use in anyway i belive simon was going to pass my info over to you aswell as i spoke to him today about your car and what you had planned

My problem has been solved. Thank you very much guys. I would pm you both but I don't have enough posts yet. Ill get the parts ordered from classicswede and then give you a call when I get an exact date for getting the car if that's okay Robert. Once again. Thanks to everyone for your help.

By the way, all I meant about the ride on that old Amazon Estate was that he did a half job. Didn't do the bushes and just cut the springs

I'm sure if you did it properly it would be fine

Joe,I have already fitted lower springs to the estate!It is all either polybushed or fitted with new stock bushes all round.When you bring the wheels and tyres over we can see how it looks.I was going to do a proper alignment on it when the wheels and tyres arrive to try and and make it handle properly despite being lowered.During the alignment process I will be able to see if the panhard rod does need adjustment either way.Cheers Dave the estate builder.
