Default help please

Hi.i am a new member.help please. Last night my partner came home and said she has no rear lights.i went and checked and when the light switch is on for main lights the front lights ate working but the rears are not and the dash illuminated lights are off, the indicators reverse and brake lights all work, when you put the switch on sidelights everything seems to work fine. I have checked the fuses they all seem ok.is this a common problem maybe a switch issue.all help and advice gratefully recieved.many thanks

looks like a switch or relay problem to me .

If the dash lights have gone as well then my money is on the switch ?

If the front parking lights don't work as well then I'd agree faulty lighting switch.

turned out to be the switch as suspected,big clue was when i removed it it fell in about 4 pieces.lol
