d4ns40 Junior Member Last Online: Aug 13th, 2015 05:50 Join Date: Jan 2011 Location: doncaster	s40 higher pitched alarm to normal?? My s40 (57 plate) alarm has gone off a few times within the last year but it's a different sound to the normal alarm. The normal alarm sounds like the horn beeping whereas this is a much higher pitched whirling siren type sound. I was just wondering what this is?? The car was parked in front of my window and I was in the room so I know no one has been near it to set it off and the weather was ok. The car works as normal and just displays the alarm triggered message on the dash. Iv tried googling but couldn't find anything. Just bugging me because I don't know what it's Cheers
