Volvo v40 2001

Urgent require code for my partner volvo the vin number is ( yv1vw14k32f807856 ) i hope someone can help as we changed battery and lost with the radio working many thanks to anyone who can help

The only people who can find out your radio code are Volvo dealers.

Double check your radio by pulling it out of the housing, sometimes you will find the code written on the set.

If not and you need it tomorrow, the only solution is visit your local dealer. It should be free but some do charge.

If you can wait a few days, send an email to FRF Volvo in Swansea at frfvolvoparts@gmail.com, mention that you are a forum member and give them your VIN and reg number, they will get back to you with the code a couple of working days later.

Hi,
I have lost and put in wrong code on my last two Volvo's, all I did was ring my local Volvo dealers gave them my vrm number and they gave me the correct code over the phone - no charge, very helpful. Good luck. Tracey.

Not sure if it's of any help or even relevant now, but I found mine in my handbook the other day on the page about the stereo, maybe worth a look?
