Default Engine top mount

Hi all

I have recently noticed that my engine top mount has degraded and have noticed it is a bit oily. I can't see where the oil is coming from and wondered if it was actually coming from the mount itself? Typically this has happened a week before my MOT is due and wondered if this would be a fail and also, what sort of cost am i looking at to purchase one?

Many thanks

Thanks for your reply, will have to get it done at some point anyway but if it can go through it's mot unnoticed, it will be handy!
