2004 Volvo V40 Sport 1.9 TDI
Here is my Volvo V40 Sport 1.9 TDI for sale.
This is the Sport, so it has climate control, cream leather seats, front heated seats, sportier headlights, front fog lights, 16 inch alloys and front and rear spoilers as standard. This is the newest one of these shapes, a 2004, and is alot more reliable than the newer models which has the weaker Ford / PAS engines. It has covered 114k miles and has full volvo history up to 100k 'ish, and has been serviced by my father, from 100k onwards, who is a mechanic. The timing belt was done at 70k so wont need to be done again until 140k. Have all of the old MOTS aswell. It has 11 months MOT and about 6 months tax, it is only £140 for the year. It has recently had an oil change and two new front tyres and pads and discs front and rear. The car interior is in very good condition, including the leather. It has tailor made mats included. The exterior is also in good condition, has some age related scratches and on the passenger rear by the fuel flap, there slightly deeper ones as shown in the last picture, but would come out with stuff like colour magic. When i bought it, it also has a small crack / hole in the passenger headlight, but this has been siliconed and is fine for MOTS and doesnt effect the headlight or the beams etc in anyway and isnt really noticeable. Does anybody know what sort of price it would be worth, i was thinking £2000. PM me or louisc1987@gmail.com if your interested and want to see more pictures. Thanks |

You could get more than £2k for that.
It's still low mileage for a Volvo I assume has xenons too given it's got the winter pack, looks tidy inside and out. Definitely worth more than £2k. I would say £2k is minimum IMO, although the different trim to the rest of the car on the steering wheel is interesting lol |

Lot of money
£2000 is too expensive.
In my local auto trader similar cars are going for not much more than half of that and a handful of notes and no trade in can shave some more off even with a dealer. Sorry mate you need to think lower. No replies to the original should be a clue as well.

I think it's a fair start at £2K - nice example, do a deal from there. Recent service, long MOT, new brakes and 2 tyres should be good selling points, saves you £250 in your first year of ownership.
