Cool 1989 Rear bumper onto a 1984 saloon

Hello everyone, just a brief question really, as it says in the title, can I do this and retro fit the bottom skirt/spoiler on the rear?

I know I may have to drill the body work to fit this for the two holding holes in the side bits but can I do this?

Thanks everyone!!!

The skirt can be fitted it needs two large holes either side plus the correct clips. There are also three brackets to hold it. The bumper is seperate and the same so if you want ot fit skirt that's all you have to change.
