Default V70 2005 fuel pump problems

Hello

we have a problem with a VOLVO V70 2,5T 190 hp from year 2005 sometimes the fuel pump gets no power from the CEM the car is not starting, only cranking.
diagnostic tester don't shows me any immorelated fault, Transponder ID ok, ...

i got no power from CEM A16 blue cable which is connected to the pump.

after i disconnected and connected again the A plug on the CEM, the car is starting again also i have now 12 V on the pump

There are no fault codes in the ECM when car is not starting.

can you tell me is this a common fault in the CEM can this be a problem from the relays which are inside the CEM??

thanks

No this is not a common fault at all for any age of CEM . I would take the CEM out take the covers off and trace the pin to a relay , either re solder cracked joints or find a PCB relay and replace it .
