S60 SE power upgrades

Hi all, have just got myself a 2002 S60 SE and am looking at more power,mainly making the 5cyl purr. Can exhaust from an R fit? Also whats best induction wise, upgraded panel/cone/mushroom filter? Any other suggestions,remap etc?

Its 2 litre 20v turbo

So its seems to be a no no on induction kits,what about an uprated panel filter? Will an exhaust from an R fit? Im thinking just them 2 then a remap?
