I now am desperately trying to find Volvo roof bars so I can mount the bikes on my roof ( already bought Volvo cycle mounts for the bars) to reduce the hitch weight.
I've removed one of my gas bottles and going to put my spare wheel under the van.This should do fine and it towed great last trip .
I'm going away on Saturday for a wee break so we'll see how it sits with the assistor fitted now.

That's it loaded to the hilt last trip on the way down but I reloaded it for the trip home and it was a lot less nose down.
