Default XC60 2009 Model SatNav

Hi

Just wondering if any owners have experienced the SatNav not registering settings. My SatNav is losing the system settings frequently .. ie map set to 2D will display in 3D, heading set to North always will reset/set itself to Direction of travel etc.

It's as if there's a NVRAM battery that's run out because if I shut it down normally and restart it within say 2-3 minutes, it retains the settings but if longer 5-10 minutes plus, it doesn't retain settings. Shouldn't it be getting power from the main car battery?

Does anyone know if there's a battery somewhere?

Thanks
