In short, no.
About a fifth (if that) would actually run the engine and the rest would be leaked back straight to the tank so you'll go from having a solution that should be used neat to a 100+:1 dilution which makes using it a waste of time and money.
There are concentrated cleaners that are designed to have 1000:1 dilution like xco's above or Miller's diesel injector cleaner but Diesel Purge isn't one of them.

Default slow crank

great video on the injector change.just wandering if you hade a slow crank on the car before you changed the injector and has the liqui moly cured the starting problam

I had no start and had to use Easy Start for a week, then fitting the new (used) injector solved it instantly.
Diesel Purge is good but I'm doubtful it could cure a badly leaking injector. I still have the knackered one though and may try it one day.

A slow crank is never fuel related.
Crank speed is really down to the quality of your battery, starter motor and connections.

I have been using Millers diesel power ecomax. Has increased mpg slightly on my S80 auto.
