It may be the MAF but you have the equipment to test it first rather than change it on a guess.

I have to say the g/s is all over the place at idle and steady revs also. Dropping to zero at idle sometimes, that couldn't be right. The turbo appears to be cycling also to compensate

Disconnect the MAF and see what happens.

MAF disconnected
With MAF disconnected the same characteristics happen except they are continuous like limp mode slow acceleration etc....

It was the MAF
Changed MAF with BOSCH MAF going fine now. Lesson learned only use a Bosch MAF other ones only last a year.
