Cant post in 'For Sale' forum...?

Sorry if this is an age old question but do I need a certain number of post to put an ad in the For Sale section?

I keep getting a message saying I don't have permission to use the submit new thread button?

Any ideas???

I do believe that's the case.

Somewhere there's a thread which instructs one on how to amass the required posts. It was posted in response to a question just like yours.
