Question Grotty Petrol.........

Has anyone had any problems with this "contaminated fuel", BBC News 24 is full of reports from motorists having major failures of engine management systems.
Is this only affecting more modern cars? as I've filled the "Old Girl" up at Tesco recently and northing's amiss (so far).

Hi Dave,
For sefety sake keep a copy of your petrol up lift, the receipt and diarise the cars behaviour over the next couple of days. Apparantly people have been filling up and not finding problems for a few days. If you do have a problem, the receipt will enable you to make a claim for compensation if your car needs repairing as a result of proven dodgy fuel.
