If you haven't got the tools to make a inlet manifold Bogg Bros will make you one for about £200 apparently. A set of carbs can be had for £100 to 200. The jets need drilling out, Bogg Bros could recommend a size but from what I read about 1.8mm would be about right. A low pressure R1 fuel pump is recommended to be fitted, costs about £20. Then that should run. Balance carbs and set needles on a rolling road and that should be you.

You'd also need to decide which way you go for the accelerator cable/rod, choke and filters.
Hi,
Sorry, I did not mean to cause any friction on the forum. Fully understand your reluctance to post on this subject, especially if you are doing R & D.

Best wishes,
Andy, Glasgow.

No worries. Give Steve a call if you fancy a R1 manifold.

Should also say that's with no vac advance take off and one runner tapped for the brake booster. You'd need to take that into consideration with regard to your ignition system. I'm using the R1 TPS so changing from MPS. I use megajolt for ignition so simple to change over.
