Default 02 volvo in bristol with bright lights!

Hi all!

I was driving home from work today and saw an identical S60 to mine. The only differences were that i think the guy had 19" alloys, they looked bigger than my 17"'s, he had a tv thing in the front, but what i noticed more was the bright white lights.

Like i said, it was an 02, but the headlights were brighter white than mine, mine seem more dull than his. Could you get light upgrades back then? Is it possible to change them so they are whiter and brighter?

Just changing the bulb alone can easily give you a whiter and brighter white.

The Phillips Vision Plus are one that come to mind.
