Well I thought I'd give you all an update. Went for another test drive in the car yesterday after the repair to the injector. It transcribed that it wasn't water in the injector itself but the solenoid or plug that attaches it, forgive me but I don't know too much about the engine workings but I think it's the electrical part that controls the injector that had got water in from the engine bay clean previously mentioned.

They had in fact as a precaution they replaced the same bits on all the other injectors which gave me piece of mind too.

I took it on longer test drive and car was faultless and certainly felt more punchy and had better power delivery than last time, which would make sense considering one of the injectors was playing up.

So all in all agreed to buy the car and pick it up next Thursday, can't wait!!

Thank you all for your help and advice :-)
