1997 Volvo 850 2.5 S Automatic

General details:

• Front brakes renewed in Jan 2017.
• Rear brakes renewed in May 2016 (same time as annual service).
• Cambelt, aux belt and pulley renewed in late 2014 at 101k.
• Blue interior with blue leather seats (front heated), 7-seat option (again, blue leather).
• Serviced every year at Volvo specialists (yearly service bills of £700+!).
• 2 keys (no remote fob, but easily programmable).

Known issues:

• Front passenger tyre will need changing soon.
• Rear wiper not working, possibly motor.
• CD player not working, radio is fine however.
• Few scratches and scrapes, worst on bumper corners, passenger side front bumper a little bent (see last photo).
• Glovebox doesn't open (jammed).

The car is a joy to drive, with the silky smooth engine and gearbox working as one would expect. Perfect as a long distant family cruiser. These are becoming difficult to find with low mileage and such an extensive service history. Some TLC with the exterior and sorting out the small niggles would make this a very nice car indeed.

The car is located in South Bucks (near Amersham). Selling as the car was bought as a temporary vehicle and is no longer required, as much as I am going to miss the comfort of it!
