Exactly I would run it until it breaks, make sure you have recovery, but if it is DMF then it's only just starting to show symptoms of wear, I would just keep driving it but don't labour the clutch, slowly accelerate and don't high rev it under load and it should maybe last a few more years.

Umm, O4 what ??

If the cluch has worn out, the DMF will not be far behind it and it's a bigish job to change a clutch, so it makes a lot of sense to change both the DMF and release bearing and even the main output and box oil seals at the same time.

Mileage doesnt kill a DMF , Drivers with little mechanical sympathy do it in the main

My old D5 did over 200k on the original and it was still fine when we parted company
