Default Replaced DPF, warning lights all back on - help

Hi,

I just had the 'pleasure' of having to replace the dpf and sensors etc on my c30, 2L, 2008. On each of 3 50 mile motorway journeys since picking it up the soot filter message has come on (supposed to be every 300km). The first two journeys it cleared itself as normal, the third journey I've now got the engine service message, limp mode and the exhaust system light staying on. I'm obviously not happy at the £1000 bill that hasn't fixed the problem, anyone have any ideas what to look at next, apart from hoping it gets nicked?

Thanks..

Look for something that makes the car produce excess soot. Dodgy turbo, leaking wastegate, broken inlet manifold pipe downwind of the turbo, faulty injector, blocked air filter or inlet trunking, that kind of thing.

It sounds more like a sensor failing, being fitted badly, or not programmed properly. 🤔

do you know if the additive was refilled and then reset correctly?

I've seen cars that have had the additive refilled but the garage that did it didn't have VIDA and couldn't resent the tank level. Not saying it is that, but its an idea?
