Cleaning Alcantara
Hi All
I've asked this before but... Has anyone had any success in cleaning alcantara and what did you use? The Autoglym leather cleaners are for leather not alcantara so they are a non starter. Small childs muddy foot prints on back seats and rubbed in Niknaks on front. :-( Should have got an 850 with a black interior not cream!! Please help. |

RE: Cleaning Alcantara
Soap and water is the best thing - then you can restore the texture by a firm brush or (in extreme texture loss) sandpaper.
Alcantara is a synthetic suede, so it doesn't need the oils the leather parts of the seat do. |
