Volvo 740 won't start
hi,
last week my car didn't turn on for some reason, i checked the battery and it was fine, radio and lights worked, so i came to the conclusion that it could be becuase i didnt have enough gas in my tank, so i filled a canister into it and my car started again. then the next day while i was driving my car just turned off, while driving. So i got it towed and they repaired it claiming that some fuel pipe or something overflowed so they replaced it. However yesterday when i had to pick up my brother i parked and turned off my car and when i got back into the car i wasn't able to turn my car on again. Could you guys please give me an idea with what i am dealing here thanks you so much also btw sometimes my car makes this stalling noise as if it was turning off when i don't tap on the gas. thanks in advance |

Had similar problems with 740 b230k engine. Turned out to be fuel pump.

740 starting
Hello...Have you an AUTO... if so it could be the inhibitor switch on the gear change... or an earth on the starter motor.
