Default driveshaft bolts torque

I know it has been said here...but once again pls.
I think its 50 nm. But some say ...plus 90 degree !!!

I don't know if this is of any help to you at all as yours is a later car,but assuming you're talking about the centre bolt that screws into the outer end of the driveshaft then for the P1 V70/S70 etc. the torque figure is 35Nm then 90 degrees.Would they have increased that figure by 15Nm on later cars?Others more knowing than I will no doubt be along to say.

The 90deg is because these are stretch bolts. So one shouldn't reuse an old one. If still reusing an old one try only the torque (around 25ft.lb) without the turning. Turning it will actually lower the end torque on the bolt because the bolt is already stretched. Also check there is no grease on the bolt threads (clean with some solvent)

New bolts also have threadlocking compound on them to help them stay in place.
