Default Help to all volvo obi ones>>smoke test

Hello OBI ONES....
I just did a smoke test on my 2004 xc 70 D5. Many of you have followed me and i thank you for everything. everybody told me i should look for boost leaks and today was the day..... All pipes have no leaks, intercooler rad , no smoke........ONLY THIS???!!! Right beside the oil filter case. and it flows out through the gasket......???!!!
WHAT IS IT???
How to fix it, could be the reason of my torments, of lack of power noise turbo whistling, limp mode at 2500 when is cold and poor gas mileage?

Help
MANY THANKS

Hi if you look at the back of the engine at the turbo cold air side there is a breather hose that goes in to the air pipe , so your smoke is going up the breather hose and coming out of that pipe that is part of the oil breather pcv
also will be letting un metered air in, so it will be worth changing that pipe,
Dave

Thank You Dave.
I m lost. You are talking about the hard plastic tube that goes under the engine? 30647918?
I was under the car and there wasn't any leak there. no smoke....
There wasn't any other part with smoke coming out. only in this part and it was between the cover and the body of that housing

Am i missing anything? Please explain

Morning Dave, I am a bit confused too, sorry! Do you think the pipe which you recommend changing is leaking and/or is there some 'one way' provision contained in it? So it just 'Appears' to be leaking under the oil filter assembly??
Hope I am not confusing you too!!!

Regards,Keith.

Maybe i can explain Dave idea. He was explaining how the smoke gets to the oil filter housing. He didnt mean to change any tube, was just an explanation. Because i made him the same question.

Thank you
