Default 19" Polestar ET55 alloys on Ebay

If anyone is looking for those for winter tyres on a Polestar, there's a set on Ebay for £750; from a Volvo dealer in Huddersfield, They normally are on offer for around £1400+. I must admit the design looks a bit "fussy" compared to the normal Polestar wheels.

I almost wish I hadn't bought the 19" Momo Spiders ( albeit for £600).

I rather optimistically thought that the winter tyres might be included...

I remember the chav mag that was Max Power describing the Pegasus alloy wheel as the "most striking alloy wheel fitted to a production car yet" when they reviewed the yellow T5-R around 1995.

Those Polestar ones are f***ing lovely.... :-)

on the subject of alloy wheels... I'm pretty new to my 2009, volvo XC60 so don't know much about alloys etc.

But is there certain volvo alloys that will fit straight on, with correct ETs etc.

Will any volvo wheels fit... XC90s or Vmodels for example?

I'd like a new set and keep ours for winter as theyre a bit shabby in places.

But don't know if I can look at other model volvo wheels as well as searching fo XC60 ones

any help would be appreciated

For cross compatibility of options and accessories one way, other than calling Volvo, is to check out: https://accessories.volvocars.com
Type in the model details of each car and then cross check the part numbers that get listed for each vehicle. If several wheels with similar numbers appear for each car then, in general, the parts are compatible (even if specific options are not offered for a particular car or year).
At the top of the accessories page you can click on 'services' and it will also list installation instructions for accessories that are, or were, available for the car currently selected.

Generally, wheels from v/xc70 (2007 on), s60/80 and v/xc60 are the same. Xc90 are different. Wheels from Ford and LR evoque also fit but there are slight variations in offset on those.
Check out the threads in xc/v70 2007 onwards forum as well as this xc60 one, as there are many similarities between the two groups of cars running gear, brakes, drivetrains, etc. Several threads about wheel compatibilities over there.
