Default Angle gear bearing replacement

Does anyone have a list of part numbers for the bearings and seals in the angle gear of a 2005 automatic?

Thanks
Nick

Hi nick, no answers to date and I am no expert, but have read on this forum that it is not as simple as just replacing components on the transfer box. I hear that they have to be shimmed and set up.

I would suggest it far better to buy a second hand unit from eBay. There is one currently listed at £250.

In my limited experience, the main wear is usually on the input shaft where the spline drive fails, so a second hand unit with the splines in good condition should suit fine. This was the case with me and I managed to get a one year warranty on my second hand unit. (Volvo Saab breakers ltd).

But if you do go ahead, good luck and keep us posted.
