Help and advice for returning lease car

That sounds like a great result.

I did try to politely tell folks that nowadays its a recognised racket trying to get extra money when inspecting returning leased vehicles, especially private users. I am told that the average bill from Mercedes inspection returns is over £500 per vehicle ( I got stung £250 for a missing 2nd service receipt even though the electronic data held at Mercedes confirmed it had been serviced!!)


I had hoped that Volvo would be more lenient but that looks like wishful thinking. The best option will always be to get any work done yourself before inspection.
